- Usage data — pages visited and session activity, used to improve the platform.

- To operate and maintain your account and listings.
- To process orders and facilitate communication between buyers and sellers.
- To display approved professional profiles in the Professionals directory.
- To send you important service notifications (e.g., order updates, listing approvals).

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. Your data may be shared only in these limited circumstances:
- With buyers/sellers — contact details (e.g., phone number) you choose to display on your listing or professional profile are visible to other users.
- With payment processors — payment information is handled by third-party processors (e.g., Stripe, PhonePe) and is never stored on our servers.
- As required by law — if compelled by a court order or government authority.
4. Cookies & Session Data
We use essential session cookies to keep you logged in and to protect forms against cross-site request forgery (CSRF). We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser, but some features (such as login) will not function without them.
